To initiate a return, please contact us at support@elevastyles.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return address and instructions on how to return your item.

• Unwashed and originally packaged products can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
• Refunds will not be processed until the product has been received at our warehouse and checked for quality. Please allow 2 weeks for processing.
• Refunds can be made via store credit or returned to your original payment method.
• Once your refund has been processed, you will receive an email confirming the email address you entered at the time of purchase.
• Patterned items are final sale and are not eligible for return.
